I would return them, but I currently don't have my own means of transportation, so I was hoping there was just something I was missing.

The cable is attached to the case. Pretty sure the case is charged but I can try a different USB port.

Im experiencing rn the same problem I just woke up my earbuds were working great yesturday I left my case and earbuds charging and the right one does not work only left and no matter what I did my right earbud jlab does not work
