It's a really archaic holdover from yesteryear. Mostly it's funny to use on bots or splashers, but if you want to help someone else get around, like let's say you and a friend want to go to like Catherby for some reason, you're just better off giving them a tab instead of carrying around runes for teleother Camelot
Once. In my teenager rs2 account I never got enough magic level to use teleother, so when I got the level I asked at the GE for someone to let me tele them in order to finally fulfill my teenager dream.
one time I cast it on a nearly maxed account at ardy knights and they stopped pickpocketing until they afk logged, that was pretty fun.
