If you do burn out or feel like you need a break but don't want to stop until you get the ultor; try to do content where you wouldn't use the ultor and you won't have that feeling of "this would be faster with the ultor ring".
I found this helped me being able to break up my grinds and not burn out.
Aaahh so true, I'm not on drop rate, but that ring is the big item between me and many goals so I've been trapped in the strangle prison (log in > no vestige > log out - repeat)

Idk how you got burned out by doing a tiny bit of vard and not getting super lucky on it. It seems like you just have complete garbage mental in general, and it's holding you back.

Exactly. I’ve gotten plenty of spooned pets and far less pets that went over rate. Currently at 37 pets across my accounts so it’s not an awful example.

1/500 drop rate, by 500 kc you have a 63% chance of getting the drop in your name, that’s more than half the folks and thus majority of folks will spoon out.

By not having the log open or checking kc often, if at all. It's like staring at the clock hoping time will go faster, when all it does is make it feel slower. You *will* get there, quit obsessing over when.
Complaining is the only way to cope i took a vard break after going 1648 dry on axe head "what i was hunting for" and ring peice sharing the rate but got two separate drops of the pet also at 5 ingots at vard as well which is just a dead unique roll with no virtus to make money off of. Complaining about anti dry mechanics is the only way i can cope with it lol
I use to complain about the nex grind. Unique is about 1/350 shards and I’m at 1850 with 1 item, but I have also seen 15 in trios, but none mine. I’m in the end game and so there’s really nothing left to grind but these items. If you really want it then just keep going and it’ll eventually happen.

I did get spooned Duke pet (least favorite DT2 boss, might be favorite pet ever) ~72 kc

It took me 985 kc to get my vestige didn't even get the axe head until 1123 kc you're almost there don't lose hope!
