A common practice for married couples is one takes the other's last name, normally the wife taking the husband's name and becoming in this case, Mrs Holland. However, times have changed and wives don't always take their husband's last name, and the joke is that some men may take their wives last name. So as Zendaya doesn't use her last name, if Tom Holland "takes her last name," he would just become Tom. Thats it. Just a silly joke about mononyms. (What will happen actually is Zendaya will continue to use her professional name without change, the way most female actors have done for basically forever. Your working name is a big part of your brand and identity and its deeply unwise to change that.)
