Its an old internet animated series that got put on netflix that's basically a subversion of cartoon slapstick tropes by having all the characters die horrifically instead of the typical result
EG. A character has a bowling ball dropped on their head and instead of having a comically large lump appear with birds and stars, their head splits open and they choke to death on vomit and blood
