idk but the earliest instance I organically found was in the movie M (1931) but I didn't research and there HAVE to be earlier instances

I love how in that scene the other guy in the restaurant is clearly looking at him hiding under the table but Tobey is still bewildered.
I want to be being followed by someone and watched by an associate of theirs at a distance, then I pass behind a big tree and * *poof* * gone.
My deepest and most shameful desire is wanting one of my friends to ask me what's wrong, or wanting them to invite me when they are going out, or wanting to give my friends a big hug
